Rare Disease Health & Wellness Expo, supported by The Town of Ajax on Sept 24, 2016 12pm - 4pm at the Ajax Community Centre HMS Room. We have Entertainment for the family, and activities for the kids to help bring our communities together. The Rare Disease Health & Wellness Expo will encourage community support, offer information and solutions that will improve quality of life. It will help build inclusive and accessible neighborhoods. We will offer information on general Health & Wellness, Rare Diseases/ Disorders, bringing our communities together through our workshops, Entertainment, Exhibitors, Ask The Expert panel and more. Register for this FREE Inclusive event open to the public with Food and prizes.

Carion Fenn Foundation Educate, Support and help find solutions for those affected by Rare Diseases like Syringomyelia (SM), Chiari Malformation (CM), EDS, Arthritis, LAM and other Disorders. There are over 7,000 known rare diseases and more than 50% of those affected are children. ​
